Snow Day!

As you already know we are having a bit of a snow day here in Toronto. Walking dogs can be challenging in this weather so the crew hasn’t had a chance to get out too much today. To cheer the dogs up we wanted to make a special dinner for Brooklyn, Timmy, Owen & Olive (and Logan too!).

We decided to give everyone some tuna with their meals, squeezing the juice over the kibble first.

Then adding the tuna.

Owen & Logan wanted to check out the meal prep.

Then out for our last walk of the night, there was a pathway cleared so we managed to have some fun tonight!

Owen’s Puppy Pizza Party!

We are preparing the puppy pizzas for Owen’s birthday party.

Owen is our quality control manager this evening and he has requested to taste test all the ingredients.

Happy 2nd Birthday Owen!

A very very happy birthday to my smoosh face baby, Owen.

Owen has a very special spot in my heart, and I wish him a very special day full of peanut butter, tuna juice and liver treats!
He’s a BIG part of The Hydrant Crew, and part of the family. He’s also Logan’s baby bro

Logan’s Birthday Party!

HiHi arriving for Logan’s birthday party at Pawsway.

We brought Yoshimi with us and of course the birthday boy Logan.

Abi was one of the first guests to arrive, she got the party going!

Crosby came down to visit Logan and party with the rest of the crew.

And of course Owen came with him, he was excited for all the treats!

This years treats were supplied by Bosco and Roxy’s. The dogs loved the gourmet hand cut, baked and decorated cookies and brownies!

Logan couldn’t wait to try them!

Owen figuring out the new contraption …

Yes folks, I get paid to watch dogs do wonderful and sweet things all day long. This being one of super special moments!

Owen makes me laugh.

He’s such a ham … and I can’t believe I caught this moment on video. He was very unsure about the new water fountain I brought into the house late last week. This was the first time he’d seen it, and his response is fantastic! Owen is one of those dogs that needs to trust and process the situation before going forward. I love how a little bit of an introduction and then Logan going in and showing him that it’s harmless and how it works is all it takes.
